4-1) Re-zoning and all the committees takes place once the preliminary is done also at this stage based on municipal comments and approval, Preliminary design can change a little to be able to get necessary approval.

All permit drawings & specifications plus bid package.
8- Marketing Drawings and Presentations At the end of this stage, all the permits are ready and the project is ready for tendering.
9- Contract Admin: Representing advice to the client, review construction schedule, review shop drawings, field review reports, change notices & orders, issue certificates,
10- Commissioning, close out & Occupancy permit.
11- Building Condition Report, Reserve Fund Study.
